ELIZABETH RYAN LLC’s COVID-19 POLICIES Subject to change; last updated May 28th, 2022

MASK POLICY

Although the state of Oregon lifted the indoor public mask mandate as of March 12, 2022, masks WILL be required after this date for clients 5 and older and for the massage therapist during your appointment with Elizabeth Ryan, LMT. The client’s mask may be removed for a short time to accommodate intra-oral work if therapeutically indicated, or massage in the prone (face down position).

SESSION POLICIES

  • When I arrive at your home:

    • I give every client 5 and over a clean, unused respirator to wear. If you prefer, you may bring and wear your own new, unused disposable surgical mask or N95/KN95/other respirator.

    • We'll do a symptom check (screening questions, temperature check), and you'll sanitize your hands.

    • I have an informed consent form for you to sign at your first massage appointment that occurs after the COVID-19 pandemic started. Click here to read waiver text.

    • I will be wearing a clean single use surgical mask over a soft N95 respirator, or, alternatively, a rigid frame N95 called an envomask that has a single use filter.

    • We will work outside, which is dependent on space, weather, and air quality. If I arrive at your home and find that there isn’t sufficient or safe space, or that temperatures/air quality are not safe, I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the appointment.
